So I’m posting Fancy This a little bit early today because the Sittin’ in the Sun Summer Package Exchange link up is happening a little later on. If you haven’t gotten your post ready for that yet, you’ve got a few hours before it goes live. Plus, it will be open for a week, so you’ve got plenty of time!

And finally before we dive into the Fancy This Fridays party… a few Instagrams from these last couple weeks!

Is Pioneer Day celebrated where you live? My hometown always has a huge Pioneer Day celebration and this year was no different! It happens the Saturday closest to July 24th (Pioneer Day) and includes a parade, BBQ, the famous Luna Rodeo, and other fun activities all weekend long.

Just like every year, it poured raining during the rodeo! Top: My mom and dad, Bottom left: Me, Brianne (SIL) and Corryn (neice) all huddled under the canopy while it rained. Bottom Right: View outside the canopy. Notice all the people in rain coats and huddled under umbrellas and what not = classic Luna Rodeo!

That’s my brother, Brent, riding saddle bronc during the rodeo. He also competed in the Wild Cow Ride. Yes, you read that right… Wild Cow Ride. Hilarious!!!

This last week included an impromptu sleepover at Aunt Kassi’s. These two are good for a workout, let me tell you! But so entertaining! Dinner meant french dips and mac and cheese! They liked that they could dip their sandwiches in the juice.
